Q: I filled in a web form but I can’t see my new video

A: You have to be logged in for your orders to be processed and the results to appear at “My downloads” page. You can sign up if you haven’t had an account at videocookies.com yet or you can log in with your Facebook credentials without signing up.

Q: I can't make more than three free videos

A: At videocookies.com your can produce three free videos a day. If you want to have another three free clips you need to spend your credits to produce at least one owned video. Credits can be purchased at your account page ("My profile" link at the right top if you're logged in). You can get as many owned clips per day as you want.

Q: I like the template but I'd like to change couple of element to suit my needs. How can I do that?

A: Most of the templates at videocookes.com include a number of customisation options:

If you want to change a clip's timing or any of the animations features it is also possible. All the templates can be adjusted to your personal demand for an additional remuneration. The cost of this service will depend on the complexity of the changes you would like to apply. To get an estimate, please contact us.

Q: Can you produce a new template?

A: We constantly work on building the new templates but if you have something particular in mind we'd be glad to hear from you. Send us your suggestions and we'll see what we can do.

Q: Are you able to make new graphic just for me?

A: Yes we can make bespoke graphics. Please contact us to discuss your project.

Q: I have my own graphic and I want to make it easily reusable via you site and I want it to be visible only for me but not to the other users.

A: You can have a password protected page at videocookies.com and no one else will be able to access it. If you have your own graphics we can make it reversionable and host it at videocookies.com. Contact us to discuss these options in details.
